            today was spent in the church kitchen. we served 175 people.
            i toted the insulated pan carriers to and from the truck (9 total) mopped the nasty areas on the gym floor and mopped the kitchen floor. i toted pans to and from counter. lots of bending, stretching, arm muscle work.
            please mark me for exercise for the day.

                    Took the kids to the pumpkin patch today and was on my feet the majority of the day so no more excersize for me

                      SaturDAY~ 5 HOURS CLEANING GARAGE UGH!
                      Sunday~3 hours cleaning garage...almost done
