          70 minutes running 6 miles SLOW as a snail LOL walked 10 minutes after.

                Sky, Not The Norm But Moved And Set Up 12 Tables And Pulled The Blasted Cart Of 84 Chairs Across The Gym Floor. It Always Takes Me An Hour To Get Things Done.

                      40 minutes on treadmill at incline of 9, 2.16 miles, 500 calories burnt
                      1 hour weight training with personal trainer.

                            5 minute warm-up eliptical; 30 minutes strength training (upper body); 35 minutes, treadmill, incline 6.0, 2.7mph; 30 minutes eliptical, hills, level 2
