The FIRM Complete Aerobics and Weight Training and holy cow did it kick my butt. I'm talking HARD CORE. I lasted 30 minutes before I had to back off cuz I got all oogey.
Grrr. I feel like a sissy. Guess what one of Brook's goals will be for the next week or two. LOL

I'm figuring someone just goofed when they put Thurs. instead of Friday...anyway I scrubbed the floors on my hands and knees , did some other deep cleaning, 15 mins. of stair stepper and push-ups, sit-ups etc..
