  • Sign up for 6 Week Exercise Challenge #22 here!

    We've started into the last week of 6WEC#21 so it's time to get ready for the next challenge.

    6WEC#22 begins on Sunday, November 6th and runs through Saturday, December 17th.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#22, Week 1, Sun, Nov 6."
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    *If you do not check in for 14 days in a row you will be sent a PM on this board. If i don't hear from you within a week you will be removed from the chart.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    This is the chart where everyone can see if you're exercising or not.

    I'm in for 4 days a week and due to pregnancy I will not be keeping track of measurements.

    Hopefully I'll be over this crud by the time 6WEC#22 begins *crosses fingers*

        Sign me up for exercise 5 days/wk. I'll come back with measurements closer to start date.

              Having a great time doing this challenge, so sign me up for the next with 6 days of excersise. Will post measurements after this challenge ends.

                Sign me up for five days a week. I will post updated weight and my measurements (I have not taken then at all yet) on the day the challenge begins. I have never done this before and am only two days into exercising so this may be the motivation I need. Thanks!

                    1. Around the chest, under the arms--46 inches
                    2. Fullest part of breast--52 inches
                    3. Ribcage, below breast--49 inches
                    4. Waist--narrowest part--53 inches
                    5. Hips--widest part--53 inches
                    6. Thigh-- 23 inches x2= 46
                    7. Bicep-- 15 inches x2= 30

                    This is the first time I have ever measured me...YUCK! Why did I ever allow myself to get so gross?!?
