6WEC#22 begins on Sunday, November 6th and runs through Saturday, December 17th.

#1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
#2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

Don't forget to check in!
#1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#22, Week 1, Sun, Nov 6."
#2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.
*If you do not check in for 14 days in a row you will be sent a PM on this board. If i don't hear from you within a week you will be removed from the chart.

#1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
#2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.
