        Okay, I'm in! Count me as of today, for 4 days a week and at least a mile on my gazelle machine! I haven't exercised since 1990, so I'll start with the mile and see if I can't build it up more! I did a mile today, my first day, do I need to post that mile elsewhere or is it good to post it here to start? I'll be back with my measurements and post them here as soon as I find that durned tape measure....



        P.S. If I sign up for the mile on the gazelle, about 15 minutes, and decide one night to do things a bit different, will that be okay?

                I am new and would love to join the next exercise challenge, if there is one, when this one is complete. I just joined the gym 2 weeks ago and would love the additional challenge, and inspiration, from you guys.
