                Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 -45 minutes
                Belly Dancing Class - 90 minutes (on my way in about 20 minutes)

                        10 minute warm-up on eliptical; 30 minutes strength training - lower body; 40 minutes on treadmill, mostly 3.0 mph, hills, level 4; 25 minutes on eliptical, level 2

                          Took a rest day again because of onset of chest cold, hopefully tomorrow I will feel up to working out.

                            Saturday:walk for 1 1/2
                            Sunday: walk for 2 hours
                            Monday: no real exercise but I ran errands 8 hours STRAIGHT!!
                            Tuesday: 30 minute walk
                            I"M BACK FROM ZERO TO HERO!
