sky i worked in the kitchen at the christian school for 7 hours, but please go ahead and give me the couch. again, i need to be absolute on getting my last day in to be slug free. i'll do even if i am sitting here at 11:30 tomorrow night getting it done.

10 minutes of upper body resistance band training (From RIU)
30 minutes of Zumba. Haven't done that one in a long time and it was fun!
