          Cool that you joined. You need to weigh in and measure (you don't have to post it, just keep it somewhere that you can find at the end) and then tell us how many days a week you are going to exercise. Then, everyday come in here and post what you did for the day. So glad to have you around!

            30 minutes on the treadmill and thirty minutes of weights/sit-ups. I went for a bicycle ride around the block.



            Treadmill Challengers: 260/540 minutes for the month of December.
