        1 hr. 5K brisk walk up and down country road.

            I havent so here goes sun -rest day
            Mon -Instant abs work out/ walking dogs
            Tue -Instant abs work out / walking

              Yes, its better if you can. But I understand some days you just may be too busy to post. So playing catch up like you just did is perfectly fine.

              As for me.. I plan to do my WATP vid later this afternoon and will check in again once it is done. For now I'm off to straighten up this house as we have company coming in from out of town tomorrow.
