    Hi, please add my name to the 6WEC #22 Exercise Challenge. I commit to 4 days exercise during the week.

    My record of exercise so far:

    Sunday - Rest Day
    Monday - 3km walk
    Tuesday - 3km walk
    Wednesday - 3km walk
    Thursday - 30 min Squash

      Today is Thursday, not Wednesday.....LOL, but the date and #5 day of the week on the thread is right, so I'm posting here.

      I just knocked out my very first 30 minutes of Beginning Callanetics and oyyyyyyyyy!

      I'll be checking in much later today (after I get off work and sleep) with a round of SI6 RIU.

            I'm so sore today...ugh! LOL

            20 minutes treadmill (walked 1 mile)
            2 minutes on eliptical trainer (that thing is hard!)
            10 minutes weights

            I hope I'm not as sore tomorrow...It will get better...It will get better...LOL

                          These threads with wrong days are confusing me...I'm sure I entered my exercise for Thursday but I don't see it here....it might be in some other thread I guess.

                          Thursday Nov. 10th

                          40 minutes on treadmill
                          1 hour weight training with personal trainer.

                            I think I got confused with the dates, and I'm not sure if I posted for day 5. If not I did 30 minutes on the Gazelle (2 miles).
