            thirty five minutes on the treadmill......10 minutes jogging......weights for about 45 minutes.



            Treadmill Challengers: 260/540 minutes for the month of December.

                    Running 7 miles woohoo took forever 1 hour 30 minutes after stopping for the train and running in 50 km hour wind I did pretty awesome.

                          1 hour weight training with personal trainer.
