    Initial start: June 2005
    Most weight lost: 62.5 lbs by February 2006
    Found the slippery slope: March/April 2006
    Completely fell off wagon: August 2006

            I had to drive over to Orlando and I just got home. I'm too tired to do anything but read a few posts and go to bed.

                  hang in there WP. It's tough, but it is very worth it!! Just go at your own pace. You don't need to keep up. Your strength will improve and you will be able to do it!!!

                      It's one **** of a drive, tampa to Orlando. Your a bit closer and on the outskirts. I-4 sucks. Traffic & constuction, I hate it. Even more than exercising.

                      Daughter at UCF? My Son is currently in Volusia Co. in 2 years he'll be coming to USF. I can't wait.

                        OK I ended up with a slight headache so I decided I wasn't going to do my vid. But after I got rid of the headache me and hubby went grocery shopping and I got to walk around for about an hour. So I ended up getting in some walking anyways. heh
