      Hey all,

I broke a bone in my ankle yesterday and went to the ER last night. I have a cast now and crutches so I have to take a "sick day". This really sucks too cause I was doing great with my exercise. When it rains, it pours!

Ok, I never exercised until three weeks ago when Brook kicked my and made me and I was hooked. My Visa card can prove it with all the tapes I have ordered. Now, I cannot exercise...doctor's orders and I am depressed. How funny life can be because three weeks ago I would have used it as an excuse to tell Brook, "well you see I can't because blah, blah, blah" and now I am sitting here trying to think of ways to defy the doctors orders and exercise anyway. It is amazing how fast something you resist can turn into something unresistable.

                            1 mile bike ride
                            15 minutes on treadmill
                            15 minutes of stretching

Friday nights workout was a bit much. Instead of changing weights on a machine, I left them on there and it was a bit too heavy. I'm feeling it today in my lower back. DOMS. UGGHHH!!! I'm sure I'll be back to full speed tomorrow.

Treadmill Challengers: 260/540 minutes for the month of December.
