Hey!
Yesterday (sunday) was a Rest Day.
Have been feeling really frustrated....thought that this hip thing would heal fater than this. The physiotherapist had a bird when she found out that I was walking 5K in one shot. And she was right in reading me the riot act....I was so bloody sore after wards. But old block-head here was just going to push through and continue....well all I managed to do was make myself sore as all get out. Some folk just take a bit longer to learn
