          Walked for 45 min. Slow but steady.
          (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
          Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

              I got the 30 minute AM stretch in before the twister came so even when a tornado came through I managed to exercise and not eat bad! Woot!! If you want to read more about the hellish day I have had...read my journal. Man, I need a break from bad stuff...my ankle and now a tornado...please! However, we are safe and sound and my power is back so I can check in with you all so I am happy as a clam.

                I woke up with a migraine today and we have a foul day with howling winds (blew a framed picture off the wall) so my head is not going to improve. WIll try to do a bit of air walker tonight.
