    Well, it's 1:20am here and I just finished the day's first workout

    30 minutes of Urban Street Heat. This will be followed by RIU later tomorrow.


    Oh skyye - I forgot to check in Monday, but I worked out!

    12 minutes stairmaster

    I almost took a rest day, but I figured I'm here early so I better workout. I may get 5 days in this week...one more than I committed to. ;-D

            1 hour aerobics - well 1hr 4mins (I figure an extra 4mins could make a difference )

              ACK!

              Yesterdays, Tues, walking with my littlest for 45min...

              Today, walk/jogged for 25 min, will be doing another mile this afternoon with the kids, and then again tonight by mysefl after the kids are in bed for a total of 3 miles.

                      1 hour 20 min walk for me. Too much I think but I was trying to kick a wild-*** craving. Front of my legs are a MITE tender LOL.
