    Starting over: October 14, 2006 --- Fell again on Nov 2nd...
    Initial start: June 2005
    Most weight lost: 62.5 lbs by February 2006
    Found the slippery slope: March/April 2006
    Completely fell off wagon: August 2006

      To get thru my first week clean: (8/05/2007) Done! Yay! and 3lbs down :/ but at least it's a loss.

                proudly i state that i did Denise Austin personal trainer video and did all of the 10 min. target area segments abs,lower body,upper body! oh yeah i will be sooooooo fine next summer

                    30 minutes lite weight training. Oh and I moved the furniture around in my house.

                      30 minutes on treadmill while using handweights. Upper body workout on weight stations.
                      15 situps on balance ball. (1 hour total workout)
