    I ramped it up too!!! Now off to do at least 10 minutes of Turbo Jam- I don't know why but I wanna sweat my little heart out today!!!!

      Ohhhh... owwwww- Well, I got just what I wanted TJ20 done and now I am all sweaty!!! I like it---- I love it!!! LOL OK, so an hour in so far!!! yeah!

        Weight training for me and I'm all done for today - I wish I wanted to be sweaty - I just wanna sleep

          Ramp It Up - 48 mins - and I actually was able to get through 95% of it!!!!!

                  Ran for 90 minute I am thinking it was like 8 miles don't know but it rocked 100 minutes of exercise today WOOHOOO!!!

                      1 hour on treadmill, 3.02 miles, 695 calories burnt, incline 9-12
                      1 hour weight training with personal trainer

                        I am way too excited about all this exercise!!! So total for today is RIU twice and TJ20!!! whoo hoo- however, I may not move for the rest of the night!!! LOL j/k
