    40 minutes on the treadmill......1 hour of weights......sit-ups until my stomach felt like it was burning fire. LOL



    Treadmill Challengers: 260/540 minutes for the month of December.

        Hey!

        I have been on the go since 7:am and this is the first time (other than when driving) that I have sat down all day. Even my meals were gulp and go. I guess this is a long winded way of saying, "I did not get to my formal exercise today". To avoid that SLUG, I shall claim this as my Rest Day.
        (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
        Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                          Well thank you. It's only the 1 mile and I feel like I should be doing more but I also don't want to overdo it either especially since I'm getting so close (only about 9 weeks or so til I'm due). Ah well... Hopefully after baby comes and I get all healed up I can do a little more. Even if it is just sneaking the 1 mile in a couple times in a day.
