1 hour aerobics and 40 mins on the treadmill which finally arrived today

Hey!
A very brisk 40 minute walk. While walking tried to hold my abs and butt muscles as tight as possible.......and boy is my butt aching tonight! And that's a good thing!(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
