    Treadmill 2 kms in 24 mins, rowing machine 8 mins. Plus a walk, about 2 kms, but slowly due to crappy ankles.

        43 minutes on the treadmill and 50 minutes of aerobics for me

                              Ehhh I'm gonna call it a rest day. I did some cleaning earlier (nothing I'd claim as exercise) and my back didn't like it so I'm taking it easy the rest of the day.
