            Of course if you have all that energy to burn, I have floors that need washing!!!!! LOL Which I am avoiding by sitting here nattering with my favorite folks.........O.K., O.K., I know they won't wash themselves.......RATS!........Best get at them before I manage to talk myself out of doing them......which I must admit would take very little effort!

            Oh, before I forget.....walked 40 minutes......going not so bad....coming back........BRUTAL......the wind-chill factor must have been below zero with a force that demanded that I literally pushed my way home. Yup, winter has arrived.....Yiippii

              treadmill and weight are all done...

              Virgil - floors don't wash themselves??? I think I better take alook at mine. I hoped theywere like hair, which alledgedly if you don't washlong enough cleans itself...

                            1 hour weight training with personal trainer.
