Hey!
It's been pouring rain since I got up this morning. So, to brighten things up, turned the radio to my fav station and am putting up the Christmas decorations.
REST DAY today.(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

Yesterday REST DAY
Today I ran 7 miles lifted weights for Shoulders and did Ab work 2 hours of exercise for today YAY me!!
