            Hey!
            It's been pouring rain since I got up this morning. So, to brighten things up, turned the radio to my fav station and am putting up the Christmas decorations.

            REST DAY today.

            Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                  Today I ran 7 miles lifted weights for Shoulders and did Ab work 2 hours of exercise for today YAY me!!

                        Worked out at my offices gym. 1/2 mile on treadmill, 1/2 mile on crosstrainer and free weights.
