    It was really hard getting back to the gym after my 6 days away!
    20 mins treadmill and 10 mins exercise bike (yep, I slept in!).

              1 hour 50 minutes running 10 minutes walking the last 40 minutes of my run was on an incline OUCH but, I feel soo good about it YAY 9 miles or so.
