Happy December everyone - I love Christmas
Anyway nearly all done for the day, have done the aerobics and the treadmill, am off to work on my poor flabby tummy now... still less flabby than it used to be

7 miles today and then did weight lifting on my legs I am baked. 2 hours exercise for today

I would like to call in sick. Below is a clip from my journal to give you an idea of what I've gone thru today. If this isn't considered being sick than lets make it a rest day.
They gave me a shot of novicain and began to drill and than they drilled and omg, they drilled. I was in there for 2 hours and of course I am numb on the left side of my face, sick to my stomach because of that nasty stuff the make you put in your mouth to make a mold of your teeth, 4 times they had me do this

I'm feeling much better today. 35 minutes on the treadmill and 1 hour of weights.

Treadmill Challengers: 260/540 minutes for the month of December.
