    I'm way behind on posting...It seems like the only forum I ever visit anymore is Boot Camp! LOL

    Saturday - walked around farm show 3 hours
    Sunday - Cleaned out and started painting basement
    Monday - 30 minutes swimming
    Tuesday - Lower body video (advanced)
    Wednesday - 30 minutes treadmill - 1.56 miles

    I'll try to post daily from now on...

      Shoot I am behing

      Yesterday Running 1 hour 30 walking 10 minutes

      Today 2 hours 5 minutes exercise included running and weight training.
