Sat - 10 - Rest Day
Week - 6
Sun -11 - Brisk walk 35 min.
Mon -12 - Brisk walk 35 min.
(Saw the surgeon Monday...he read me the Riot Act!...."And why are you without your cane?????" It's impossible to walk "briskly" with the dog-gone-thing! Compromise - I will use it the rest of the day, but not when I am doing my "walk".)
Tue - 13 - Walked 5K - 55 min,
Wed -14 - Rest Day
Thur -15 - Walked 5K - 55 min.
Fri - 16 - Rest Day(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
