          Core results today. I got this for Christmas and I had to do it twice to feel like I was doing anything at all. I may end up having to go to the gym to feel like a worked out enough today, lol. Does anybody else have this program and if so, what are your thoughts about it?

              .5k warm-up walk, 4K gentle jog, .5K cool down walk.
              (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
              Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
