        Hey!

        Yesterday Rest Day.
        Today did Vid - Fit in 50's - 40 minutes aerobics.

        First time for reverse lunges since hip replacement.....yup it's going to take a bit of time before they are as smooth and fast as they were before surgery.

        Ta, have a good one y'all.
        (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
        Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                Abs, arms, back and chest work. 30 minutes on bike and 15 minutes on treadmill.
