          Hey!

          Yesterday, by default, was a Rest Day. All day on a dead run, starting with fasting blood work at 8:00 a.m. right through attending a photographers (DH's hobby) meeting which brought us home by 11:30 p.m.. Nary a minute that I could call my own.

          Today, 60 min. 7.5K "wog".
          (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
          Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
