    Hey!

    Was going to be a rest day, however, for the first time in about three weeks we had.........SUNSHINE!.........could not resist........new fallen snow sparkling like diamonds.........just me and all my "musical friends"............Oh Yeah!

    7.5K, 55 min.

    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

                    It easier to Just say I worked out Every day this week Except for Saturday had a day off. Today I did Cardio. Sorry Skkye I am behind I will try to stay more up to date.
