P.S. Thanks Barbde! I appreciate any and all kind words. Getting back on track has taken longer than I had hoped......though if you were to tell my orthopaedic surgeon about the "gentle jog" he would have a major hissy fit!!!!!! According to him I should still be using a cane!

Been a long time since I’ve been on here…life’s been very hectic, but I’ve kept going with this WOL and exercise…just haven’t been able to post. Here goes…lots of catching up to to:
Jan 1 60 min walk
Jan 2 through Jan 7 30 min walk each day
Jan 8 30 min walk and Start It Up
Jan 9 Ramp It Up and Slim and Limber
Jan 10 Ramp It Up
Jan 11 Ramp It Up
Jan 12 Rest
Jan 13 Ramp It Up and Slim and Limber
Hopefully, things will slow down a bit and I can get back to posting on a regular basis.
