        -Under arms, around chest - 45.5
        -Fullest part of chest - 45.75
        -Ribcage - 41.5
        -Waist - 41
        -Hips - 42.25
        -Upper arm x 2 - 30.4
        -Thigh x 2 - 45.5
        -Weight - TBD tomorrow at end of Boot Camp

          Hi I am real new but I want to sign up, I will work out five days a week. Do you have any types of work outs or is it up to me? I am vary out of shape so I will be at a vary low end of anything I do ! but if that fine I am ready..Crunchie

            Alright, Im gonna do this cause I think I need a little more motivation.

              Crunchie, you do whatever you are comfortable with, for however long you like!

              Nilo. Each day will have a thread titled like this:
              6WEC #23, Week 6, Day 5, Thurs. Jan. 26

              Except it will say 6WEC#24, followed by the Week #, Day # and day and date. Anyone can start the thread for the day. If you don't see one started yet, go ahead and start one. Just be sure to change the date info!!

                  I am IN! I am so excited to join! I will promise to do 5 (m-f when I have care for the baby at the YMCA and try to get the stroller out to walk on Sat. when it isn't raining!) I will post measurements on Sunday. Is this done first thing in am? And are there rules of when we weigh and when not to? Thanks!!!

                    Nope, no rules. Weigh whenever you want, But the only weigh in that counts, besides the beginning one, is the one at the end!
                    Post measurements and weight in this thread (if you want, you don't HAVE to post them! It's a good idea to write them down somewhere at least for your own comparison later).
                    There will be a 6WEC #24 RESULTS thread at the end of the 6 weeks to post your losses in!

                      Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                      so:
                      Restart Progress:
                      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

                        This is my first challenge and I believe I am ready to start!! I will commit for four days a week for starters, who knows I will increase to five. But I have to do this. I am ready. I will post measurements on Sunday. I gotta go and buy measuring tape.
