    Hey Mack! Every day, there is a new thread for that day's exercise.

    So you'll see something like 6WEK, Week 1, day 1 (or something like that). Then the next day: 6wek, week 1, day 2, etc.

    There'll be a lot of threads, but you only have to post to one thread a day. I believe it makes it easier for those keeping track of us to stay on the straight & narrow!

      I know I'm a little late, but please sign me up for 6 days a week of exercise. My stats are:
      Under arms, around chest: 38"
      Fullest part of chest: 41"
      Ribcage: 36"
      Waist: 31"
      Hips: 42"
      Upper arm x 2: 12.5
      Thigh x 2: 26"
      Weight: 172.5

            1. 48" - Around chest (under arms)
            2. 49" - Around chest (across nipples)
            3. 46.5" - ribcage
            4. 47" - Hips (narrowest part)
            5. 49" - hips (widest part)
            6. 24" - Thigh
            7. 14" - Bicep

              Well its Friday and I finally found a tape measure in one of the stores! And I got my hubby to measure me

              Whoever is organizing the chart, can you please put me as "Sick" for the first two days, as I was and still am battling a bad chest infection! I noticed that I was registered as having a "rest day" but that was really not the case ( I know I didn't specify that clearly that I was taking time off from being sick, but I was! )


              Starting weight is 117 kgs (258 pounds)

              CHEST/UNDER ARMS = 44 inches
              FULLEST PART OF CHEST/BREAST = 48 inches
              RIBCAGE = 41.2 inches
              WAIST (narrowest part) = 42.5 inches
              HIPS, Widest part = 57.5 inches (OUCH!!)
              THIGH = 27 inches
              BICEP = 13.5 inches
              34 yr old Female

                  Thanks wannabe! I am so psyched up for this challenge! I was telling hubby about it after he measured me! He sounded enthusiastic about this board, I was telling him how much motivation I am getting from all of you, and especially these kinds of challenges! Its neat how it makes us feel accountable to such things!

                  I t hink with me doing 30 minutes a day practicaly (I"m not even going to take a rest day I dont think), should see some pretty good results, don't you think?
