            Hey!

            Rest Day for me too!

            Saw my ortho-man today and he was quite pleased with my progress......"no pain on walking, normal gait (with lift in shoe), fantastic muscle strength, get outa here and don't come back until next year (for xray check of how well my body is calcifying around the prosthesis)!" WooHoo!!!!
            (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
            Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
