                  What is slug free??
                  I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

                      "Slug Free" means you did all the days you committed to for the 6WEC. (6 Week Exercise Challenge)
                      For instance, I commit to 5 days of exercise out of 7. If I only do 4 days and have no sick days then I get a slug for a day on the chart!

                              Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                              Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                              so:
                              Restart Progress:
                              12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                              01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                              01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                              (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
                              01/18/10 ~ 227.4
                              01/5/10 ~ 226.8
                              02/01/10 ~ 222.6
