                Did the walking thing. Am not sure I am walking away the pounds, but the inches seem to be going somewhere. They can stay there too.

                    30 minutes elliptical - can't remember how far I went but did fat burning course workout
                    30 mintues treadmill - again ? on how far but was at level 3.3 in my cardio workout range
                    15 minutes recumbent bike - 2+ miles

                    I swear I'm going to have to take a pen and paper with me to the gym because my memory is shot at the age of 36. It was great to watch the Biggest Loser while working out. I didn't dare get off the machines until it was over.
