                45 minutes, 2.25 miles, alternating incline, speed, a few arm movements with weights.

                        Hey!

                        Burned it Up.

                        Although I did this series before, I don't remember it being as painful as this!!!!!!!!!!!!

                        Maybe it's like childbirth......when it's happening you swear on a stack of bibles you will NEVER EVER DO THIS AGAIN!!!!! Then when the baby is about two years old that wicked sneaky Mother Nature start's nattering in your ear and it's like.....ooooooooooooohhhh, isin't that baby ever so cute....and little Susie really needs a baby brother .......and........wouldn't it be nice to have a wee one to rock...........and NOT!!!! Suddenly you have amnesia re: sleepless nights and diapers and cranky teething babies and car seats and strollers and enough equipment to outfit the entier U.S. army! and ya just go ahead and do it again! Humans.....very puzzeling creatures we are.

                          I know this is not a typical workout routine but my shoulders, neck and back are feeling the PAING FOR GAIN!!!!!!!

                          Replaced Garbage Disposal.
                          Had to replace some PVC plumbing piping because the DARN Garbage Disposal didn't line up like the last one.......AHHH...this is all under the sink with my big bod hanging out on the floor.

                          Re cauked around the shower. Painted the shower room.

                            30 minutes stationary bike. Walked all over the hospital today for about 4 hours. My pedometer counted almost 15,000 steps.
                            HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                            Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
