              I walked the treadmill, I used the bicycle, I used the elliptical. I also used all of the machines in the fitness center. (Mandatory training) I did warm ups and cool downs with a whole passel of 2-6th grade children. I am absolutely pooped.

                    60 minutes on treadmill (4 miles).
                    Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                    Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                    Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                    so:

                    (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
