4 km walk in about 45 mins - it was a gorgeous day so I thought I'd go out in the fresh air. It's first time since starting this WOE I have walked this far with no residual back pain!
I'm going to make this a regular Wednesday thing unless it is raining.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

60 minutes on treadmill♥Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005
Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

I'm a little behind on representing my workouts.
Last week I walked 3 days (Wed.- 60 min./Thurs. 60 min./Friday 60 min. all walking)
This week I worked out Mon. 1 hr. treadmill & 30 minutes weights,
and Tuesday treadmill 1 hr. 15 minutes.

Elliptical 30 minutes = 2 miles (tried keeping above 120 strides)
Treadmill 25 minutes = 1.3 miles (3.2-3.3) - was very sore today from weight training yesterday. Kept in cardio heart rate zone. Will do sit ups later.Sophiebuckeye
