    Phase: Restarting a clean Induction as of 7/29/2007.

    Minigoals:
    To get thru my first week clean: (8/05/2007) Done! Yay! and 3lbs down :/ but at least it's a loss.

        Goodness all these challenges are keeping me on my toes. Good I need to stay on them.

            Did 60 mintes on treadmill
            Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

            Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

            Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
            Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

            so:

            01/04/10 ~ 229.0
            01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
            (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

                          Hey!

                          Oh dear, I only managed the first 30 min of the Burn it Up... didn't leave myself enough time this morning to do the whole Vid and get me out the door on time. Tomorrow I will do this a bit better.
                          (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
                          Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.
