        I haven't posted for last week I was on vacation in Jamaica!!!!

        2/6 -30 min walk
        2/7 -20 min walk
        2/8 rest day
        2/9 -45 min treadmill
        2/10 -1.5 mil walk
        2/11- swam 20 mins
        2/12- rest day

            I'm embarassed to say that I think I'm falling apart. Today I can barely walk due to the top of my foot hurting. I have no idea what I did to it. Count it as a rest day since I could have done sit ups but didn't.
