                Hi all...

                Out of the loop because of some IT problems with my PC.

                Here is the update for the past few week.

                I did a real job on my shoulder so swimming has been out, as have weights.

                Please put me down for 20-30 minutes/day of treadmill (sucks walking with a sling)

                It hasnt been much, and Im disappointed, but Ive made it a point to get to the gym not to lose my focus.

                    I spent today on a balance board for quite some time. Chiropractor has one, I had DH make me one. Works the core muscle groups, lower back and balance.
