      Done with 35 min walking on treadmill 2.10 miles
      Done with 35 min Running on treadmill 2.675 miles
      150 situps and a house to clean

      That should do me for the day

                    15 mins rower 2.2 km; 10 min treadmill, 1km, 5 mins elliptical machine (it hurts my knees, I'm working up to using it more) .48km; 2 x 20 ball crunches, second lot holding 4kg medicine ball; 4 x 10 bicycle kicks.

                        1 hour hip-hop dance class
                        Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                        Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                        Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                        Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
