    Short on time.....40 minutes bike. 200 crunches.

    Hey!

    Jog - 5.9 miles, 1:25min.

    Took a loooooooooong time.....jogged into a head wind on the way home......the gusts at times were so wicked that though my feet were moving my body stood still. BRUTAL!

    Came home totally nackered......got into a hot tub (Lilac baths salts and a great murder mystery) for an hour just to thaw out my poor stiff and cold body.
    (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
    Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

          Today was a busy day.
          Started with a 20 minute walk. Then to the park and played some tennis, a little raquetball and lots of chasing great niece and nephews around the park!

                P90 sweat 3/4, scuplt 3/4, 100 minutes on treadmill. 4 hours walking around the hospital (does that count? my feet tell me "yes!")

                    did 7 hours of lifting and moving heavy objects bending dancing cleaning straight then 250 situps...so imma say thats ma workout...if its not considerd then put me in for rest cause after all that i needed it *laugh*
