    Ramp it up, abs, stretch, treadmill 40 minutes.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            40 min on treadmill, 1 hour water aerobics. Will also do 1 hour cardio boxing this evening.
            Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

            Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

            Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
            Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

            so:

            01/04/10 ~ 229.0
            01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
            (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

              Just saw your adorable self (in pink t-shirt) and I want to know.....exactly where are you hiding those 200 pounds????????

              This is just not fair , I gain 15 pounds and I look as if they best get that delivery table ready in a bigggggg hurrrrrry!

                          For Monday I walked 2 miles have injured my wrist, so I am doing cardio right now
                          For Tuesday 3 miles on recumbant bike
