40 min on treadmill, 1 hour water aerobics. Will also do 1 hour cardio boxing this evening.

Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

, I gain 15 pounds and I look as if they best get that delivery table ready in a bigggggg hurrrrrry!

For Monday I walked 2 miles have injured my wrist, so I am doing cardio right now
For Tuesday 3 miles on recumbant bike
