Sister, you can say that again!

Burned it UP for 38 min.
Although I am counting it as having exercised today, I am not adding it to my count down. For the count down it's gotta be "all or nothing".
              (Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

45 minutes eliptical on "forrest stroll" level 3

                          20 minutes bike

                          20 minutes weight resistance stuff

Came to a great recognition today. I bought a pair of size 18 'boy cut' jeans at Old Navy back in mid November. I 'overflowed' a bit, but hey, they were new jeans, and I made the purchase with hope that eventually they'd fit better.
I was wearing them when I had a head on collision on Dec 3rd(my 3rd day at the gym before starting atkins), and they were so tight that the left leg ripped from my knee all the way to the crotch (which was totally embaressing going to the hospital).
I was lazy and never patched them until today when all my other jeans were in the washing machine. I threw them into my backpack to wear after I showered at the gym, I had lots of things to do and didn't want to go home to refresh.
The moment I pulled them up I was astonished. They fell from my waist onto my hipbone area (which I actually have now). All day long I had keep jerking them up. By the end of the day I was literally having to hold on to them to keep them from falling off.
This is one of those great little milestones that makes all this so worth it. I credit this BB, this challenge, and all the people participating here for this wonderful day.
Thank you all, so much more than I can express!

The tension in my thigh is finally starting to ease up a bit! I can finally sleep, and get dressed without severe pain. Hopefully by the weekend I can start working out again!
