Hey!
BTW yesterday was a REST DAY for me. Today jogged 1 hour.
Despite yesterday's Rest Day, ........was I ever nakered.... don't understand it......jogged a new course, with absolutely NO HILLS, a bit of a wind, and only 1 hour, and still I just about had to crawl home on my hands and knees!(Start -2/2) (Ramp -13/12) (Burn -13/22) (Jog - 110K) (147-4=143)
Mini goal - look smashing in a swimsuit by April 1.

The last three days I haven't posted ..But I walked 30 min on the treadmill each day and that's a lot for me, so far Iam down two sizes but only five pounds and I haven't cheated,,don't know why only five poundsin five weeks???...Crunchie316/285/ soon 150

I had to start work at 7.15 am today, for a radio interview about our Open Day (today) so I could not fit in anyu exercuse at the gym. But I will be running around all day today like a busy bee.Odille
