Well I was going to do a rest day, but, I had a temper fit, so 2 mile walk, 300 cruches, 150 reverse crunches and 30 ball push ups. I will probably pay for this tomorrow.

40 mins cardio(10 mins each rower, bike, ellipticcal and bike). And I locked myself out of the car, at the gym, at 0530 in the morning! Started off a sh*t of a day!Odille
